Levels and Bars
YouNow occasionally experiences service outages that result in temporary loss of levels and/or bars. In most cases, your settings should return to normal on their own. If the issues persist for longer than 24 hours, please file a ticket at www.younow.com/contact-support. Learn more about levels and bars here.
Most gifts are available to all users. However, you will notice that you do not have access to certain gifts that are given or received by other users. Occasionally, certain users have access to premium gifts that are available to them because of their level, Producer crown status, or Partner status. If you are not logged in or don’t have enough bars to purchase a gift, you may also not see certain gifts.
